Security

Defines the maximum permissions that can be granted to any user account to a property, and if permissions can be granted to individual security groups.

Applies to bound properties.

Maximum Permissions

Permission	Description
Read and Modify	Allows a user to read and modify data for the property.
Read and Modify on Create	Allows a user to read data for the property. The value for the property can only be modified when creating a new object.
Read	Allows a user to read data for the property.
None	No user can access data for the property.

Granting of Permissions to Security Groups

To allow granting of permissions to individual security groups, select the Allow granting of permissions to property check box. Only trusted users or users with app model admin rights can grant permissions to a property.
